A robust immune system protects you from viruses that cause colds and flu.
There are nine steps that can promote a healthy immune system.

Here are the nine steps:
- Make sure your diet consists of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
- Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes most days of the week.
- Get plenty of sleep with a recommended 7 to 9 hours when possible.
- Wash your hands.
- Keep your weight under control.
- Watch your alcohol consumption.
- Do not smoke.
- Find ways to manage your stress.
- Get regular Chiropractic care.
